Not old knews at all. I was wondering what Summer league he had chose to head off too...
still looking for the rest of the team. all I know is that Castaldo is in Toronto playing summer league ball and Tyler Smith is in Kansas.

Cody Powell is up there with Castaldo. In one of his first outing he had a 2 perfect innings save.

Heard from a friend that Faulkner was headed to play in the Cape Cod League some time this week. The Kettleers is the name of the team. Not sure if the spelling is correct.

Do we have anyone in the Coastal Plain League? We have a team in that league about 30 mins from here, so I'm just curious to know if I have any reason to go watch.

Jew is in the Coastal Plain with the Wilson Tobs out of North Carolina. Big chunk of my sportscasts tonight are on the ASU players in summer leagues and how they're doing.

http://www.kettleers.org/He's not listed on their Roster yet. but they have several Team USA roster invites on their roster that will have to be replaced Was looking at their website. Looks like Faulkner will be playing for Mike Roberts, who is the father of Major Leaguer Brian Roberts. They have an ad on the homepage for his book/dvd on base stealing. Says Brian was the NCAA leader in stolen bases in 1998/99. Also the MLB stolen base leader in 2007. Hopefully Faulkner can pick up some good tips this summer and be even more dangerous on the basepaths next season. Also saw that Carl Yastrzemski's grandson is on the roster too.

Yikes. He gets hit by the strangest injuries. Going to have to keep him in a protective bubble this offseason
